Does the solution leave an odor?

The odor emitted will only be during application. Once the technician has finished spraying and the room has properly aired out the fabric will have no odor.

We suggest that you regularly maintain all the furniture you have invested in. Most upholstered furniture needs to be lightly vacuumed on regularly basis. It is also very important to notice all stains when they occur. Professional upholstery cleaners can also help clean the dirt and grime caused by everyday wear. Professional cleaners do not remove the solution nor does it void the five year warranty

What makes your product different than most of the others on the market?

Will it change the feel of texture of the fabric?

What happens if something spills?

After you’re protected most spills will not turn into stains. Immediately blot up the liquid with a soft cloth, not paper towel. In the event you can not remove the stain call the toll free number with your information handy and they will help you rectify the situation.

Do you only protect new furniture, rugs or fabric?

We will protect anything that is not stained or soiled in any way. We suggest that all fabric or carpet be new or like new. It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure the item is free of all stains.

How long does it take to dry?

Most fabrics dry pretty quickly. Many fabrics will be dry to the touch before the technician leaves your home. We request that you allow a minimum of 12 hours for the solution to dry thouroughly.

Does the application work on silk and other delicate fabrics?

Yes. The solution that we use will not harm your delicate fabrics in any way. It has been tested and used on most delicate fabrics with no adverse effects.
